Shipping costs and lead time
Stock sits in Poland, so shipping starts as soon as the payment is credited — no customs clearance, no import wait.
Lead time
- Picking and packing
- Up to 1 business day from the moment the payment is credited.
- Stock reservation
- Goods are held from the moment the order is placed until the payment deadline passes. Payment methods

- Depends on the carrier and the destination country. Delivery dates are indicative — we are not liable for delays caused by transport companies.
Shipping cost
We do not publish a fixed freight tariff. The cost depends on the weight and volume of the order and on the destination country, and we quote it before the order is confirmed. Product prices exclude transport, duties and insurance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with InPost and DPD Polska. The waybill number and the live parcel status are shown on the order page in your account panel — the status comes straight from the carrier.
Receipt, inspection and claims

- Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier, unless agreed otherwise.
- Shortages and visible defects
- Report in writing within 3 business days of delivery.
- Hidden defects
- Report in writing within 5 business days of discovering them.
The claim deadlines come from the Terms of Sale (§8). Missing them means the goods are treated as accepted without reservation.
