Shipping costs and lead time
Stock sits in Poland, so shipping starts as soon as the payment is credited — no customs clearance, no import wait.
How long does an order take?

- Usually shipped within 24 hours of the payment being credited.

- Depends on the carrier and the destination country. Delivery dates are indicative — we are not liable for delays caused by transport companies.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of fewer than 30 pieces: a shipping charge of PLN 30 gross, or EUR 30 gross on orders in EUR (including VAT at the order rate), added to the order automatically. Orders of 30 pieces or more: shipping at no additional charge. The rule is the same in Poland and across the European Union. Product prices exclude duties and insurance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Who delivers the parcel and how do I track it?
We ship with InPost and DPD Polska. The waybill number is shown on the order page in your account panel. For InPost parcels the page also shows the live status, taken straight from the carrier. A DPD parcel can be tracked with its waybill number on the DPD website.
What should I check on delivery and how do I make a claim?
- Transfer of risk
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier, unless agreed otherwise.
- Shortages and visible defects
- Report in writing within 3 business days of delivery.
- Hidden defects
- Report in writing within 5 business days of discovering them.
The claim deadlines come from the Terms of Sale (§8). Missing them means the goods are treated as accepted without reservation.
