The i8 DENIM collection is sewn in Türkiye; the group's plants in Türkiye and China also take contract production.
Who are we?
Nasel Global is an integrated garment manufacturing group founded in 2003. i8 DENIM is one of the group's own brands — so we know the product journey from both sides: as a brand owner and as a manufacturer for others.
We cover the complete spectrum of denim, as well as knitwear, casualwear and outerwear. We produce for approximately 25 Polish brands and selected international ones. We deliver to more than 50 countries. More about i8 DENIM.

How does an order go from design to delivery?
Design and product development
Our denim design team turns trends and the client's brief into production-ready styles: fabric, fit, details, washes and finishing.
Cutting
Automatic cutting and fabric-spreading systems give dimensional accuracy and economical use of material.
Sewing
Our own production lines and carefully selected long-term partners work under one quality team, to the same standards wherever the garment is made.
Washing and dyeing
More than 20 years of washing and dyeing experience: dry and wet processes, shades and effects tailored to the character of each product.
Laser finishing
The laser selectively removes indigo from the denim surface: fades, whiskers and vintage effects that repeat across the whole run.
Quality control
Incoming material checks, inline inspections during production and a final AQL inspection before shipment.
Packing
Scanning, thread trimming, ironing, size and colour checks — packing starts only once the quality reports are approved.
Logistics
Production hubs in Türkiye and China, planning from production to final shipment and reliable delivery to international markets.
How do we wash and laser-finish denim?
We combine current washing technology with more than 20 years of experience to create finishes, colours and surface effects tailored to each product. No internationally recognised hazardous or carcinogenic chemicals are used anywhere on our premises.
A digitally controlled process replaces many manual finishing techniques: effects are more precise and repeatable across the run, with less water and chemistry used.
How do we control quality?
Quality is not one department's job. Control starts with incoming materials and continues to the last piece in the carton.
Real-time production monitoring — deviations are caught and corrected straight away.
Pre-shipment verification to AQL standards: workmanship, durability and compliance with the agreed specification.
The same quality from the first piece to the last, batch after batch.
